Robert Hanoman, CPA

Managing Director

Robert Hanoman has over 15 years experience in the Hedge Fund industry and the Alternative funds industry. He previously served as the CFO for $150 million Long/Short Hedge Fund. Prior to that he was the Funds, Controller at Atticus Capital management, a $20 billion Multi-Strategy Fund complex where he was responsible for all aspects of financial operations, financial accounting and reporting.

Robert is a CPA and he received a BBA in Public Accounting from Pace University.

Kenneth Lalman CPA

Managing Director

Kenneth leads the Nonprofits, technology and small business practice at the firm. He has over 25 years of accounting and financial reporting experience. He held many senior level finance positions positions with many large and small firm including Russell Simmons, Rush Communications  which is a leading multi-faceted holding company which operates prominent and respected brands in three industry segments: entertainment and media; fashion and lifestyle; and empowerment and philanthropy.

Colin Mohamed, CPA, CGMA, MBA

President & CEO

Colin is in charge of the strategic vision of the Firm and has close to 20 years experience in the Venture, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, alternative investments and the Nonprofits space.

He previously served as a Principal and Chief Accounting Officer of the Global Market Strategies Group at The Carlyle Group with a focus on the BDCs, senior loans, CLOs and private equity. Prior to that, he was the Senior Controller/Vice President of the Hedge Funds Solutions Group and the Private Equity (Secondary) Funds Group at PineBridge Investments LLC.

Colin began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he spent 13 years and left as a Senior Manager.  At PwC, he worked in Alternative Investment Funds Group and the Banking and Capital Markets Group. He has extensive knowledge and experience with asset management companies, Compliance, Private Equity and Hedge funds, including portfolio valuation, secondary investments and accounting for a variety of fund types and strategies including master/feeder, multi class/currency, fund-of-funds, BDCs, convertible arbitrage, long short, distressed debt, currency, mezzanine and real estate.

At PwC, Colin was a member of the Technical Assurance Group, a select group of senior managers, managing directors and partners who prepare and present white papers on technical accounting and audit issues. He was the subject matter expert on ASC 820 Fair Value Measurements for the Alternative Investments Group in New York.
